Founding partner, Andrew jointly oversees all aspects of the business with Liam and is very much hands-on with property acquisition, commercial negotiations and property design activities of the firm.

Having set up his own building company and property management company in 1999 at the age of 23 he oversaw several hundred residential and commercial projects and managed over 4000 residential properties with a team of 26 employees. He has been developing and selling his own properties since 2003 and has a great deal of experience investing and developing UK commercial and residential property. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science from Robert Gordon University and is founder and CEO of Carlowrie Group

Founding partner, Liam jointly oversees all aspects of the business with Andrew and is very much hands-on with property acquisition, commercial negotiations and funding activities of the firm.

Having set up his own building company in 2005 at the age of 24 he oversaw several hundred residential and commercial projects. He has been developing and selling his own properties since 2005 and is an expert property investor with extensive experience in buying, financing, letting, managing and selling UK commercial and residential property. Liam has a Masters of Pharmacy at the University of Bath.
